Returns/Refund Policy
Computer Products
Computers may be returned for full refund within (5) business days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the receipt. Product must be in "new condition", 100% complete, in ORIGINAL, UNOPENED AND RESALABLE CONDITION. Upon approval by the manager, the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. If payment was made in the form of cash, a check will be mailed to the student in a timely manner. If you have an outstanding balance with the college, the credit will be applied to your account. If the return is not approved, the computer will be returned to the student.
General Goods
All returns must be accompanied by the cash register receipt. Soft Goods, Gifts, & Supplies are returnable for 15 days from date of purchase, with receipt, in new condition, in original packaging.
Apparel
All returns must be accompanied by the cash register receipt. Clothing must be in its original condition with tags intact. It must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Christmas purchases have 30 days from date of receipt. No refunds on sale merchandise.
Textbooks
*Digital Content - If for any reason you would like to "Opt-Out" of the Inclusive Access option, you have the option to do so. If you choose to do this, you must click on the "VitalSource Course Materials" link and select the opt-out option. This must be done within the time allotted for your course.
*Intersession Classes – Books are returnable through the end of the first business day of the intersession class.
*16 Week Classes – Books are returnable for 7 business days from the first day of the 16 week class or purchase date.
*12 Week, 8 Week, 5 Week, and 4 Week Classes – Books are returnable for 4 business days from the first day of the specific term or purchase date.
*Allied Health Classes – Books are returnable through the 1st two days of class.
COURSES LESS THAN 4 WEEKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE FIRST CLASS MEETING.
*All returns must be accompanied by the receipt.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*New books must be in mint condition. No names, marks or writing. All components must be included.
*Used textbooks must be in resalable condition.
*Unacceptable textbooks or packages postmarked after the return deadline will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Online Orders
*Once books arrive at your doorstep, the textbook refund policy listed above applies.

In Store Pick-up Orders
